Shipping & Returns

Every order is packed in plain, odour-proof packaging with no product names or brand marks on the outside. The sender name on the label is neutral, so only you know what is inside.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow every step of the delivery and change the delivery time or pickup point directly with the carrier.

We only ship within the EU, so there are no extra customs fees. Please check that the products you order are permitted in your country before placing an order, local rules are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unopened items can be returned within [x] days of delivery. Contact us first, send the parcel back in its original packaging and we refund the full amount to your original payment method within [x] working days.

If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
