We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in the price or description.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is made by SEPA bank transfer, card or QuadraPay.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries listed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Risk passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
